EVERYBODY READ THIS!
....Guys, we need to talk.
I'm hearing everybody saying how much they want to help save the show, but people's actions for the most part are showing otherwise it feels like.
Some people are doing artwork, but a lot of people who I've heard telling me how much they wanna help are doing nothing.
Nobody has responded to this journal. NOBODY. Not even to vote on the ID, which takes about 5 seconds. I'm gonna guess that means that nobody aside from a few people who had heard about the call to actions before this (and you guys rock) even made an attempt to call Jetix.
Guys, every one of you can't have an excuse. I know you can't. I didn't make this club so people would just scream how much they wanna help and do nothing. I made it so that those people who wanna help could do SOMETHING.
Guys, the show needs all of us. It's been almost a year since it was canceled. The more time we procrastinate, the less are chances are. Are we gonna just sit here and whine and pretend we care, or are we gonna fight?
Everybody says they care and says they want the show, but who here really cares? Who here cares enough to pick up the phone, send an email, or even vote on the club ID?
To the few of you who have been participating,
THANK YOU. I appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart. But everybody else... come on guys. This is a whole fandom effort. We can save this show if we fight for it! I beleive that! I really do1 So please guys! Let's fight!
I have to leave for a month, but I'm really hoping when I come back to this club in December I'll see a bunch of comments about people taking action! I don't take my time writing these journals and setting up the clubs to be ignored like this!
CALL TO ACTION: Phone Calls
Welcome to the first call to action! A call to action is like a project to help save the show, where a way to help is presented and as many people do it as they can!
Yes guys, phone calls. I know, I know. They make people nervous. When I first called a Jetix programmer, I was nervous as could be. But guys? We need to be willing to step outside our comfort zones a little bit if we wanna save the show. I understand some people can't call due to money issues (it is long distance for many) but for those of you who are just holding off because you're shy... please try and give it a shot anyways. Out of all the ways I've tried to contact Disney, this one seems to work the best.
So, it's time to call Disney and tell them we want an ending for our show! Let's do this!
CALLING TIPS:
1. Be polite, but firm about what you want to say.
2. Call at a reasonable time, otherwise all you'll get is the answering machine.

Contest Recount!
Okay, your admin stupidly messed up and gave you guys a broken link. So, for the sake of fairness, I'm gonna have to ask people to vote on this again. Sorry guys. Comment here with your votes or note me with them if you feel uncomfortable with voting via journal comment.

Welcome to The Soapbox on DeviantART!
The Soapbox is dedicated to saving Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! from the cancelation of it's fifth and final season.
A great way to show Disney we love the show is making protest art! The Soapbox is a SRMTHG protest art club.

How to Join
Watch the club and you'll be added. An icon in your journal would be helpful as well.
: icon The-Soapbox :

How to Submit Art
Simple, send the club a note with a link to the deviantion you want to submit.

Rules
1. This is not a place to bash Jetix/Jetix shows/Disney/related stuff. Even though many of us are mad at Jetix, we show respect for them here in our art and our comments. I hope to sow The Soapbox to Jetix and they won't listen if we talk like that, plus it's a good way to start a flame war.
2. Don't comment/submit art that is overly violent or has sexual themes. Nothing R rated, and watch your PG-13 stuff too.
3. This club is slash free. No exceptions.
4. Do not insult other races, genders, religions, or stuff like that.
5. DeviantART does not allow the use of copyrighted images (screencaps/pictures from the show) in artwork. The Soapbox supports this and will not take art that doesn't fallow these terms.
6. FAV THE ORIGINAL PIECE! Do NOT fav art in the club gallery. Each art has a link to the original in the artist's gallery. Fav that instead!
7. Breaking the rules will result in a warning, losing art submitting privilages, or being removed from the club depending on the frequency and severity of the problem.
